Virtual Networks Design


The course deals with the Virtual Networks implementation methods and technologies of within a wider WAN network (Intranet or Extranet).


Objectives

Στόχος του μαθήματος είναι η παρουσίαση των μεθόδων και των τεχνολογιών για την υλοποίηση Εικονικών Δικτύων στα πλαίσια ενός ευρύτερου δικτύου WAN (Intranet ή Extranet). Τα Ιδιωτικά Εικονικά Δίκτυα VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) αποτελούν την απάντηση στην πολύ ακριβή λύση της χρήσης αποκλειστικών μισθωμένων κυκλωμάτων για την εσωτερική επικοινωνία επιχειρήσεων και οργανισμών.
