Project Management Applications I


Practical Application of methodologies and techniques of Project Management using specific Project Management software.


Objectives

Upon completion of this course the student will know: 1. the fundamental methodology, design, programming and monitoring of a project. 2. how to encode a project and introduces the encoding software. 3. how to plan a project. 4. How to monitor a project and compare it with its objectives, applying the methodology of deviations. 5. how to introduce means of production, estimates cost to the project activities and produce all the reports that analyze and describe the income and expenses of the project.
