Social security law


The course examines the legal dimension of the social security (social insurance). In particular there are examined the conceptual delimitations, the constitutional recognition, implementation of the European Convention of Human Rights (ECHR) on social security benefits, the international and EU law, the principle of equality, gender equality, periods of insurance, the financing of social insurance.
