Electronics III


Welcome to the course "Electronics III". Within the framework of the course, the following concepts will be presented: Application of feedback amplifiers - stability. Amplifier frequency compensation. Design bipolar operational amplifiers and CMOStechnologias. Power Amplifiers. Design of active filters. Nonlinear circuits: multivibrators, oscillators and waveform generators.


Objectives

Student familiarization with the general principles of the course.


Prerequisites

The course is advanced and requires prior good knowledge of Electronics I & II.


Syllabus

Multistage amplifiers, step response and frequency response. Bode diagrams. Analysis and design of feedback amplifiers. Compensation, phase and gain margins. Oscillators and stability. Operational amplifiers and applications. Integrated circuits as elements of circuit synthesis. Analog Integrators, filters and delay compensators. Comparators, samplers. Nonlinear analog circuits, comparators, log amplifiers, signal generators. Analog neuron networks, Hopfield networks. Non linear analog neuron circuits.
